Welcome to Oriental Rug Centre in Nottingham

 We operate out of two very modest outlets one based on the edge of Nottingham city centre in England and the other in the carpet Bazaar in Tehran.

We are definitely not the largest in the area but probably the smallest and the best direct exporter of Persian and oriental rugs.  
We are not going to show you photos of our warehouse nor of any one else's, but suffice to say that we are currently carrying a carpet that is 50 square meters in size and a runner that's 15 meters long.  
We source our rugs ourselves no agents or middle men are used, as a result we can provide the most wonderful pieces at the most competitive prices. Travelling through Iran, Pakistan and border towns of Afghanistan is not much fun in the 40 degrees heat of the sun but one has to do it.

Our aim is to compete for customers at every level top end, middle end and bottom end. We do not discriminate against our customers or hide our prices(every rug has a price label on it) in fact at any time you can even contact us and we will happily price check our carpets to make sure that we are giving you, the customer the absolute best value for money, finest quality and service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

We will not be selling to you, we will be offering you our unrivalled knowledge and expertise that we have gained in the past thirteen years to help you choose a piece of art for your home .

The ultimate goal is to induce part of our heart felt passion about the rugs onto you our customer so that you may appreciate a little more the labour of love that has gone into these hand made home furnishings. Be it an old Persian tribal Quashgai rug or a fine Persian Isfahan carpet.
